Privacy notice

When you send an enquiry, the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, country of residence and message — are shared with Zara Real Estate (exclusive sales & marketing) and Petra Protek Construction (developer) so that they can answer you about Petra Bay Maysara.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to keep you informed about this development. We do not sell them. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@zara-realestate.co.tz.

If you use the concierge chat, your messages and the page you are viewing are sent to Anthropic, whose AI model writes the replies. We do not keep the conversation: it stays in your browser until you close the tab. Please don't share personal or financial details in the chat. If you continue on WhatsApp, you send that message yourself, through WhatsApp, to Zara Real Estate.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
